Clear skies welcomed the 37207 spectators who had made their way to bocky team Arena. Randy Kuizinga was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Annunziato Timpanaro and Rafi Sufi. Bocky clearly preferred using their ability to attack in the middle. Zelena were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. The visitors were very close to gaining the lead with a marvellous free kick after 2 minutes, but A. Llordela made a beautiful one-handed save. Bocky made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left R. Kocziha completely alone with keeper D. Fontaine, who made a spectacular block. It was 0 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Zelena, with 56 percent of the ball.

J. Poikolainen of Bocky seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 1 - 0 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by T. Brousseau. Zelena's right side looked dangerous 57 minutes in, but A. Llordela made a good save on T. Musante's hard shot to the top corner. Bocky's R. Kocziha was shown a yellow card after 82 minutes for slicing down an opponent. D. Vicente could have increased the lead after 83 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. The bench was restless, and with 85 minutes passed Zelena's coach gave G. Rosoiu the opportunity the player had been hoping for. B. Sallee reluctantly left the field. With 85 minutes played, the Zelena coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. M. Quarino came on, J. Örnling had to leave the fray. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Zelena's F. Lundgaard was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 85 minutes. M.
