Greengroucers needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 50 minutes A. Guals made way for J. Marlet. Greengroucers kept trying to force their way through on the right side and J. Marlet got his chance after 51 minutes, but the home side's defence held their position and stopped the attack. The bench was restless, and with 70 minutes passed Greengroucers's coach gave A. Estacasolos the opportunity the player had been hoping for. C. Gruilles reluctantly left the field. E. La Plaza Blas could've grabbed a goal for Greengroucers 70 minutes in when he got a pass from the left putting him free of the home side's defence, but he was unable to take advantage of the situation.
