Atilas were determined to use their long shot ability. Making his way up the middle 15 minutes into the match, S. Peraica almost managed to squeeze a goal past the visitors' keeper, but the alert P. Barrero Ortega blocked it to keep the score level. 23 minutes of the match played, and a comedy of errors by the home side gave the visitors a chance at the lead, but J. Velázquez, after finding himself dashing down on goal from the left with only the keeper to beat, sliced his shot horribly wide. With 27 minutes played, the home side managed to get a 1 - 0 lead as G. Cifuentes flipped the ball in after a cross from the right. A. Colomer could have increased the lead after 28 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. Atilas's M. Mian was shown a yellow card after 31 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Pasgon were forced into a substitution as S. Peraica couldn't continue due to some rough treatment, forcing P. Paraipan to come in off the bench. After 37 minutes Atilas's M. Ferraro contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. 1 - 0 was the halftime score. Pasgon had most of the ball, with 58 percent of possession.

F. Gremminger's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. Atilas needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 73 minutes M. Ferraro made way for R. Charue. P. Paraipan unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. After 78 minutes Pasgon's D. Brillinger limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Pasgon's D. Brillinger increasing the lead to 2 - 0. After 86 minutes, B. Sposób put Pasgon ahead 3 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Confident in their lead, Pasgon's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. A. Colomer left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 89 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. L. Savernik was the replacement. The coach of Pasgon was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 89 minutes, P. Quadra-Salcedo came on for G. Brown. R. Claver was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was beautifully flicked on by A. Chrétien, but the ball bounced off the post to safety. Possession in this half belonged to Pasgon, who controlled the ball 56 percent of the time.

Pasgon's best player was G. Cifuentes. P. Quadra-Salcedo on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Atilas player was without a doubt J. Velázquez. M. Mian turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 0.
