Valdés Díaz got himself booked for a foul. 9 minutes in, the referee awarded Pennywise a penalty. S. Lamonato coolly slotted it home for a 1 - 0 lead. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by L´obriLull, with 52 percent of the ball.

56 minutes into the game X. Vall-llosera could see that the opposing goalie was out of position and tried an unexpected lob that the keeper just barely reached. The rebound went to F. Ganer who failed to hit the target. After 65 minutes a well-practised indirect free kick routine by L´obriLull was easily anticipated by the defenders. The players forward were so well marked, they were left with few viable options. L´obriLull's J. Cervela left the field after 67 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was A. Abadía. Given a free kick close to the byline, L´obriLull tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let X. Vall-llosera slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 1 - 1, 70 minutes into the game. Some quick footwork on the left side of the field 75 minutes into the match left L´obriLull's J. Carnicero completely free to score. 1 - 2 for the visitors. 78 minutes into the match, S. Novás came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. D. Cabrera's early cross saw the defenders caught out of position and the alert M. Ulloa was able to pounce and roll the ball past the hapless goalkeeper to score for Pennywise. 2 - 2. Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 83 minutes into the match, and S. Novás wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 2 - 3 for the visitors. This part of the game was a standoff between the teams in terms of possession.

The most dominating Pennywise player was without a doubt V. Alibés. However, T. Chaperón de Miguel made a disastrous appearance. S. Novás performed admirably for L´obriLull. On the other hand, A. Abadía's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 3.
