A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of BEYTON to 3 - 0 as L. Garcés de la Mota finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. BEYTON put in a good effort on the right, but B. Fatikov saw his volley fly wide of the mark 52 minutes into the game. Cheers filled the stadium as A. Noyman broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 4 - 0 to BEYTON. By now, the players in BEYTON felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. The referee showed Denver's N. Haleš the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. BEYTON solidified their lead at the 69 minute mark, as M. Meneghesso dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 5 - 0. L. Garcés de la Mota left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 75 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. A. Pane was the replacement. BEYTON had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.
