The crowd of 20418 turning up at Mcarthy's Club Arena today were greeted with some nasty showers of rain. After 11 minutes Mcarthys's S. Anganga contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. Coming in from the right, Mcarthys had a good opportunity to convert on a counterattack after 13 minutes, but C. Hackett's attempt to finish was easily stopped. Mcarthys's S. Anganga tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. Pallars's P. Carrandi was shown a yellow card after 27 minutes for slicing down an opponent. 0 - 0 was the score after the first half. Mcarthys had most of the ball, with 52 percent of possession.

Down the middle came L. Redding, making a fantastic play that nearly had Pallars take the lead after 49 minutes, but J. Utset preserved the tie. J. Guzmán Hornos of Mcarthys was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. J. Utset looked great 65 minutes into the match after stopping a shot from the middle of the penalty area from the visitors' L. Redding. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Mcarthys, with 52 percent of the ball.

Mcarthys's best player was J. Wandtke. J. Guzmán Hornos turned in a dismal performance, however. Pallars's top performer was clearly R. Ibiaga. F. Gerra was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 0.
