Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Centro de Tecnificacion saw a crowd turnout of 40448. Dernbke came in from the right with the intention of giving LUC the lead, but his rocket of a shot rattled the crossbar. The referee signaled a penalty for the home side after 14 minutes, amid vocal protests from the visitors. LUC fans erupted in celebration as I. Marsellés rifled the ball into the the top corner. 1 - 0! A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in LUC's D. Español increasing the lead to 2 - 0. Halftime score was 2 - 0. LUC had most of the ball, with 53 percent of possession.

Cheers filled the stadium as W. Dernbke broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 0 to LUC. Confident in their lead, LUC's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. LUC solidified their lead at the 70 minute mark, as C. Antolínez dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 4 - 0. After 72 minutes LUC tried to exploit their counterattacking skills, unfortunately, J. Ooms's shot sailed wide after his break down the right. Toquero were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by LUC, with 52 percent of the ball.

J. Ooms performed admirably for LUC. However, C. Antolínez made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Toquero player was without a doubt R. Hannebauer. M. Gebke turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 4 - 0.
