Lucky for him though, there was no goal. Thighs bulging, E. Kaerlein charged past the weaker players, seemingly oblivious to the rain. In a well-rehearsed move, pinchabolas delivered a free kick into the box which J. Ojalehto, soaring majestically above the defence, rose to head home to make the score 1 - 1. 34 minutes into the match and the home team took a 2 - 1 lead after breaking through on the left. The scorer for pinchabolas was J. Ojalehto. After 35 minutes, the visitors tied it up at 2 - 2 when a fantastic pass from the left was finished off by B. Joan. There was concern in the stands when, at the 36 minute mark, pinchabolas's I. Heles hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. It was 2 - 2 at the break. PiñaTeam enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

R. Halat gave pinchabolas the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 3 - 2 The PiñaTeam free kick 82 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of A. Corcoesto, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 3 - 3! PiñaTeam claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

S. Sporna performed admirably for pinchabolas. M. Rantakaisla was a disappointment, however. The most dominating PiñaTeam player was without a doubt J. Otero Goyanes. R. Gil de Biedma turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 3.
