#Rabaeneltren 1 - 10 Canelo (382953519)

12000 punters turned up at Municipal de Montepríncipe, and despite threatening clouds on the horizon, no rain came. Valentīns Cinis was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Vítor Ramalho and Juan Ignacio Roura Gómez. #Rabaeneltren tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination. Lineup: Chulià - Goyaes, Écija, Desguell, Annunziata - Roig, Lanzas Manzanares, Pera Madrazo, Stoyanov - Sisante, Valdés.

Canelo started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. The following players took the field: Vasconcelos - Azañón, Litwicki, El-Rashid - Lévai, Eguiruren, Pompeia, Bjerrum, Tortolero - Alguersuari, Camoens.

Some quick footwork on the left side of the field 6 minutes into the match left Canelo's R. Alguersuari completely free to score. 0 - 1 for the visitors. The referee showed #Rabaeneltren's D. Valdés the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. After 13 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for A. Litwicki who increased Canelo's lead to 0 - 2. 28 minutes into the game, F. Eguiruren had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came R. González-Llano. A. Lévai received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 29 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 3. The Canelo fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. After this, you could see that the players of Canelo were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. J. Camoens of Canelo took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 32 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 4. The home crowd was not impressed when A. Litwicki came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 33 minutes. Canelo were now up 0 - 5. It was 0 - 5 at the break. Canelo enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 84 percent of possession.

After 71 minutes, Canelo raised their score by one when A. Lévai's dangerous low cross was cleverly tucked in at the near post by J. Camoens. 0 - 6. The Canelo free kick 74 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of L. Azañón, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 0 - 7! The coach of Canelo was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 75 minutes, M. Quintavalla came on for J. Camoens. Canelo increased their lead after 79 minutes when R. Alguersuari broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 8, much to the home crowd's dismay. 80 minutes into the game, #Rabaeneltren seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to inadequate. After 86 minutes, Canelo's L. Azañón burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 9. N. El-Rashid came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over S. Chulià but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. J. Desguell of #Rabaeneltren seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 1 - 9 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by R. Goyaes. After 89 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave A. Lévai a chance to increase the lead for Canelo, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 1 - 10. Possession in this half belonged to Canelo, who controlled the ball 86 percent of the time.

Most important #Rabaeneltren player was S. Écija. S. Chulià was a disappointment, however. Canelo's top performer was clearly R. Alguersuari. On the other hand, S. Vasconcelos's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 10.
