Móstoles's counterattacks created a good chance for L. Rumbo on the right after 37 minutes, but he could only look on with dismay as his strike rebounded off the crossbar. After 42 minutes, ABUTOBA CF's D. Gjikokaj fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! ABUTOBA CF could have put themselves ahead after 43 minutes but Y. Prelorentzos missed a volley shot on a ball coming in from the right. ABUTOBA CF's E. Hollander was shown a yellow card after 44 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Halftime score was 0 - 0. ABUTOBA CF had most of the ball, with 52 percent of possession.

Móstoles's G. Sensat made use of his speed to get free of the defence, but he still couldn't get a shot off 52 minutes into the match. Móstoles's P. Plazas gave the visitors a 0 - 1 lead after 60 minutes with a superb strike from the right. As the game started to slip away for ABUTOBA CF, the manager decided to change the tactical approach. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, ABUTOBA CF's V. Gaudin was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 61 minutes. P. Flodlund was given a chance to change things around. After 65 minutes, the Móstoles players received new instructions from their manager on how to keep in control of the game. In the lead, Móstoles adjusted their style of play with 65 minutes gone. G. Sensat wanted to play on, but the Móstoles coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 65 minutes into the game by H. A loud groan was heard from the fans of Móstoles, as E. Casahuga left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. P. Plazas took his place on the field. The Móstoles captaincy was handed to P. Sánchez. 80 minutes in, Móstoles's A. Soler Turmo received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Y. Prelorentzos's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for ABUTOBA CF, he bravely continued in the match. E. Hollander made a superb strike after 83 minutes with a shot straight in front of the goal after a long ball through the middle, but one of the visitors' defenders got a foot in at the last second and warded it off for a corner. After 84 minutes of play, P. Flodlund equalised for ABUTOBA CF after an elegant attack from the right. Móstoles enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 55 percent of possession.

Most important ABUTOBA CF player was E. Hollander. P. Flodlund was a disappointment, however. Móstoles's top performer was clearly J. Cebrián. On the other hand, P. Plazas's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 1.
