Dark skies made the crowd of 29935 at Municipal de Jaulín a little nervous, but the rain held off. After 13 minutes Rubendicitos's G. Lenci contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. I. Barbosa's experience almost gave Rubendicitos a goal after 36 minutes but the keeper made a great save. G. Lenci fired a shot from distance after 38 minutes, but the long shot couldn't find the net for Rubendicitos. L. Rouveyrol was first to reach a ball launched long through the center from Pusapi's defence 39 minutes into the game. He managed to keep his cool and beat the goalkeeper to make the score 0 - 1. Coming in from the right, Pusapi had a good opportunity to convert on a counterattack after 58 minutes, but P. Thorel's attempt to finish was easily stopped. Rubendicitos's I. Barbosa was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 59 minutes. Pusapi earned themselves a free kick after a counterattack wasn't dealt with adequately by their opponents. L. Rouveyrol powered the shot in for 1 - 2. Rubendicitos were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. Pusapi had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 78 minutes, but V. Bazuin's shot from the left sailed high over the bar. The referee showed Rubendicitos's P. Yalçın the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Rubendicitos, with 60 percent of the ball.

C. Bianco performed admirably for Rubendicitos. S. Caamaño turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Pusapi player was without a doubt V. Bazuin. However, K. Degrave made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 2.
