Valeria had a chance to take the lead after K. Szíjjártó's dazzling drive up the left, but the opportunity fizzled out as his shot went just over the bar after 54 minutes. F. Gattai would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. N. Favaro entered the game for Runcapa as the match clock showed 60 minutes. 60 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a Runcapa substitution. P. Scafà came on for D. Vischer. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to R. Pereira, but the Valeria player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 2 - 1! After 65 minutes, Runcapa switched B. Helmink with P. By now, the players in Valeria felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Valeria had most of the ball, with 58 percent of possession.

The most dominating Valeria player was without a doubt K. Szíjjártó. On the other hand, L. Astaburuaga's play was disheartening. P. Oliveros performed admirably for Runcapa. E. Göktan on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 4 - 1.
