Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and niutin.f.c. saw a crowd turnout of 5172. A questionable penalty 37 minutes in gave the home side the lead, 1 - 0. The visitors' goalie didn't stand a chance as J. Gener knocked the ball home. 39 minutes into the game, Salseros had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to weak. 1 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Salseros, who controlled the ball 72 percent of the time.

Despite his frustration resulting in the smashing of a few teacups, the coach of Salseros was able to get his message across, and raised Salseros's organisation to solid. 55 minutes into the match the visitors levelled the score at 1 - 1 as T. Balluku struck home from a rebound off the crossbar, following a shot from the right. After 59 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Salseros found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to inadequate. The head of M. García de Blanes connected with a corner kick after 70 minutes, and the ball ended up with P. Hellersdorf of niutin.f.c. who blasted the ball into the net, making the score 2 - 1. S. Guiriguet unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. After 76 minutes, the visitors tied it up at 2 - 2 when a fantastic pass from the left was finished off by M. Romans. That niutin.f.c.'s M. García de Blanes has the ability of doing what no one expects him to do was shown as he ran over an opposing defender, snatched the ball and passed to P. Hellersdorf who hit it hard into the wide open goal after 82 minutes: 3 - 2! 84 minutes into the game, Salseros seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a weak level of organisation.
