A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 4924 to TheCrows Stadium. Lucien Heggli was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Alejandro Osorio and Giancarlo Garoldi. Fans of both teams had been eagerly awaiting this Galicia derby and were doing their best to outshout their opponents. TheCrows decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. NW were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. TheCrows created a good opportunity to score 2 minutes into the match when A. Dosma's hooked ball from the left created a scuffle in front of the goal, and the visitors' defenders had a hard time clearing the ball. R. Axinia of TheCrows was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. TheCrows almost scored after a counterattack 6 minutes into the match, but R. Axinia took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. R. Axinia finished off the counterattack of TheCrows from the left rather easily, making the score 1 - 0. Unhappy with the result so far in the game, the NW manager used a brief break in play after 18 minutes to give the players new directives. The visitors' L. Manea was alert after a cross coming in from the left, levelling the score at 1 - 1 after 23 minutes. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. Priding himself in being an active coach, the NW manager gave new instructions to his players after 70 minutes. X. Uruburu's speed was clear to see after 74 minutes, as he darted down the wing and released A. Ermida who placed the ball into the back of the net to make the score 2 - 1. With 80 minutes played, S. Abenia of NW fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. R. Axinia should probably have put his team up another goal after 81 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by E. Parolini kept the visitors in the game. TheCrows put themselves up 3 - 1 when A. Pardo García broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. X. Uruburu of TheCrows received a yellow card after 83 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Cheers filled the stadium as X. Saavedra broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 4 - 1 to TheCrows. Possession in this half belonged to NW, who controlled the ball 56 percent of the time.

TheCrows's best player was A. Dosma. On the other hand, J. Pedrayes's play was disheartening. The most dominating NW player was without a doubt P. Estarellas. E. Parolini was a disappointment, however. The match ends 4 - 1.
