The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 9694 had shown up at Campo de San Roque for the match. Morte saw most attack opportunities on the wings. J. Kryza received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 3 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. Morte were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. J. Kryza had a good try after 9 minutes, coming in on a fine move from the left, but the ball went wide. The guests took the lead 19 minutes into the match, after a right-side attack resulted in A. Schweinoch scoring to make it 0 - 1. The home crowd was not impressed when F. Reinares came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 20 minutes. Morte were now up 0 - 2. After 23 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for M. Urbaniak who increased Morte's lead to 0 - 3. After this, you could see that the players of Morte were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. After 36 minutes, Morte's M. Urbaniak burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 4. It was 0 - 4 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Morte, with 77 percent of the ball.

66 minutes into the game, Roque seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to solid. The visitors' F. Baraja took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 70 minutes into the match. 0 - 5 for Morte. After 75 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed J. Kryza to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 6. Morte increased their lead after 77 minutes when M. Urbaniak broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 7, much to the home crowd's dismay. At that, M. Urbaniak was noted down for a hat trick! The referee showed Roque's A. Riva the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. J. Kryza's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for Morte, he bravely continued in the match. With 82 minutes played, Morte put themselves up 0 - 8 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was R. Harkai. After 83 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Roque found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to inadequate. A. Schweinoch was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Morte's M. Urbaniak managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 0 - 9 After 85 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave A. Schweinoch a chance to increase the lead for Morte, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 10. Morte claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 85 percent.

F. Bar Cendón performed admirably for Roque. However, D. Alonso made a disastrous appearance. Morte's top performer was clearly F. Reinares. J. Peón de Rey turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 10.
