Sierra after 37 minutes kept the visitors in the game after T. Valdayo struck from the left with a real cannonball. Puerto managed to extend their lead to 3 - 0 when G. Cedeño cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. 39 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as G. Raga broke through, making the score 4 - 0 for Puerto. Confident in their lead, Puerto's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. 4 - 0 was the score after the first half. Puerto enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 70 percent of possession.

Coming from the right, T. Miloudi almost managed to score another goal for Puerto, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. With 66 minutes played, G. Cedeño of Puerto fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Puerto, with 69 percent of the ball.

Puerto's top performer was clearly G. Cedeño. G. Lazo turned in a dismal performance, however. N. Despinal performed admirably for karrasko. However, A. Ustariz made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 0.
