Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 3640 to REAL CLUB DEPORTIVO Arena. Guy Allison was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Franklin Ortega and Bruno Hernández. It took several tries, but DEPORTIVO managed to break through on the left after 69 minutes, getting the ball to F. Ferrandell who easily reduced the lead to make the score 1 - 4. Sanguiñeda had most of the ball, with 67 percent of possession.

The most dominating DEPORTIVO player was without a doubt E. Abadín. J. Nogueras was a disappointment, however. Most important Sanguiñeda player was M. Doñamaría. However, F. Merino made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 4.
