A well placed corner kick from P. Plaza Ronda was followed by D. Páramo's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for Equipo, the score now 0 - 1. With 16 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed J. Sanz Magallón of Equipo to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 2. After 28 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for D. Lamelas who increased Equipo's lead to 0 - 3. J. Lapetra Churruca received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 33 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 4. The Equipo fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 4. Equipo's J. Téllez had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 57 minutes having been played. A. Maigí was the replacement. After 58 minutes, Equipo's J. Confident in their lead, Equipo's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. The visitors' A. Plaza Ronda was able to increase the visitors' lead to 0 - 7 rolling the ball in by the right post. Equipo's J. Ascaso got himself booked for a foul. After 88 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave A. Guercolata a chance to increase the lead for Equipo, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 8.
