M. Ferrer had a hard time on the waterlogged pitch - his trademark technique was nowhere in sight today.
35 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as
S. Lapeña broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for bourton.
39 minutes into the game, Petaos seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a
passable level of organisation.
bourton's opponents know to be wary of
M. Svirčević's speed, but it made little difference as he flew past the defence 41 minutes into the game. Only the keeper could stop him - and he did with a perfectly timed dive!

A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of bourton to 3 - 0 as
G. Grósz finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle.
P. Bartomeu of Petaos received a yellow card after 44 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour.
After 44 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Petaos found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
passable.
Central attacks were the recipe of the day for bourton, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity.
A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in bourton's
W. Friedberger increasing the lead to 4 - 0.
Things were deteriorating for the away team as bourton scored another to make it 5 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for
W. Friedberger after 44 minutes.
At this point, it was obvious that the players of bourton lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented.

The Petaos players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a
solid organisation when the game started again.
The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but
I. Ónega showed great heart and had a good game.
Cheers filled the stadium as
N. Mangin broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 6 - 0 to bourton.
After several obvious shirt pulling incidents,
M. Fontanet got himself booked. The manager of Petaos was not happy.
After 63 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by
S. Lapeña might have resulted in another goal for bourton. However,
C. Agustín Fonfría made a spectacular save.
Things were going to get worse for the visitors.
W. Friedberger squirmed through their central defence after 69 minutes, increasing the lead to 7 - 0.
By then
W. Friedberger had scored three goals - a hat trick!
Petaos had to make a substitution after 75 minutes.
M. Ferrer limped off the field and was replaced by
A. de Bofarull.
M. Svirčević, who often relies on his speed, had a rotten day on the drenched grass.
bourton were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally.
bourton solidified their lead at the 79 minute mark, as
M. Westh dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 8 - 0.
With 81 minutes played, bourton put themselves up 9 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to
S. Lapeña, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home.
bourton enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 80 percent of possession.
Most important bourton player was
A. Penín.
S. Pikl turned in a dismal performance, however.
Petaos's top performer was clearly
P. Bartomeu.
I. Ónega on the other hand, had a terrible day.
