S'HD 10 - 0 Shred (383400021)

A scorching day at ·Punto G·, where 6670 spectators were in place for today's match. Holger Händelplatz was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Aurelian Epure and Robert Murtenthaler. S'HD started off with a 4-3-3 lineup. Lineup: Di Brandimarte - Granada, Fernández, Marty, Ibia - Peláez, Sobotka, Eloregui - Karhan, Camison, Caruso.

Shred decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. The following players had been chosen: Ventura - Arteatxebarria, Alkasena, Jondoli, Hernández Mérida - Carballido, Martínez Marín, Irendegi, Bedia - Gorgori, Fernández Chicharro.

S'HD used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings. J. Caruso looked to be heading one way when he unexpectedly passed the ball to O. Camison. The move caught everyone off-guard, including his teammate, who panicked and kicked the ball out of play by accident. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to J. Caruso, but the S'HD player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! A. Granada enjoyed the sunshine and demonstrated his stunning technique over and over again. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in S'HD's J. Sobotka increasing the lead to 2 - 0. S'HD's R. Ibia swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of S'HD to 3 - 0 as N. Marty finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. M. Eloregui squirmed through their central defence after 40 minutes, increasing the lead to 4 - 0. 41 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as J. Caruso broke through, making the score 5 - 0 for S'HD. After this, you could see that the players of S'HD were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. Shred's O. Hernández Mérida got himself booked for a foul. 5 - 0 was the score after the first half. S'HD claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 85 percent.

It wasn't a good day at all for J. Gorgori. His powerful style of play just didn't fit the bill on this warm day. O. Camison unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. Shred's counterattacks created a good chance for L. Fernández Chicharro on the right after 58 minutes, but he could only look on with dismay as his strike rebounded off the crossbar. After 69 minutes S'HD's R. Ibia contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. After 79 minutes, J. Caruso put S'HD ahead 6 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. By then J. Caruso had scored three goals - a hat trick! Proving his experience, H. Karhan scored 7 - 0 for S'HD after putting some pressure on the opposing defence at a critical moment. The head of A. Granada connected with a corner kick after 83 minutes, and the ball ended up with S. Peláez of S'HD who blasted the ball into the net, making the score 8 - 0. With 84 minutes played, S'HD put themselves up 9 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to A. Granada, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. S'HD solidified their lead at the 85 minute mark, as O. Camison dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 10 - 0. S'HD had most of the ball, with 85 percent of possession.

The most dominating S'HD player was without a doubt O. Camison. On the other hand, C. Fernández's play was disheartening. L. Fernández Chicharro performed admirably for Shred. A. Ventura turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 10 - 0.
