Gelpi behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 10 minutes as he gave the ball away to E. Novak. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in bartolo's A. Ripoll increasing the lead to 2 - 0. The players of bartolo now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. A. Lezay of bartolo received a yellow card after 27 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. 2 - 0 was the halftime score. bartolo had most of the ball, with 58 percent of possession.

With 46 minutes played, the CASTILLO coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. D. Depczyński came on, M. Butnariu had to leave the fray. The bench was restless, and with 46 minutes passed CASTILLO's coach gave T. Ünalp the opportunity the player had been hoping for. D. Refort reluctantly left the field. With 48 minutes played, bartolo's N. Borredà almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. After 62 minutes, A. Gauna sprinted between the opposing defenders and squared the ball, but the keeper deflected B. Bopp's shot. CASTILLO caught their opponents out with a clever counterattack down the right wing 70 minutes into the match. R. Vişoiu was able to finish off the move - 2 - 1. N. Borredà's speed was clear to see after 73 minutes, as he darted down the wing and released A. Ripoll who placed the ball into the back of the net to make the score 3 - 1. CASTILLO fought on and, after 77 minutes, B. Bopp was able to reduce the deficit to 3 - 2 after some excellent moves on the right side were finished off with an incredibly clever chip. bartolo enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

N. Borredà performed admirably for bartolo. D. do Carril was a disappointment, however. CASTILLO's top performer was clearly A. Gauna. On the other hand, T. Robert's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 2.
