Clear skies welcomed the 12000 spectators who had made their way to Team Forza F.C Arena. Paolo Fellini was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Hong Man Keung and Eric Morisse. Forza decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. They fielded: Galtero - Barrero Ortega, Torrecilla, Vidiella, Church - Trandafirescu, Coque, Cabanilla, Moussafir - Meneses, Eguiruren.

A 4-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for dzkoner. The following players took the field: Ubao - Domènech, Durán, Oleiros, Horta - Sensat, Sáez, Solís Zuleta, Chacón - Chan, Elduayen.

The celebrations in the stands could only mean one thing - J. Barrero Ortega's free kick had found the back of the net and put Forza ahead 1 - 0! After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, A. Coque got himself booked. The manager of Forza was not happy. Forza were given a gift! The ref dubiously awarded them a penalty 32 minutes into the match, which was neatly put away by J. Barrero Ortega. 2 - 0 for the home side. The players of Forza now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. The home side's A. Torrecilla came close to extending the lead 35 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but R. Ubao managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. With 36 minutes gone, a long pass from the defence of dzkoner resulted in a counterattack that set D. Chacón free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. dzkoner's M. Durán was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 37 minutes. It was 2 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Forza, with 58 percent of the ball.

The crowd roared its approval when Á. Galtero somehow managed to block a shot which seemed to be a certain goal by dzkoner's P. Sensat 49 minutes into the game. 60 minutes in, dzkoner's A. Elduayen received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Morale on the visitors' bench was greatly improved when their P. Sensat reduced the lead to make it 2 - 1 after 69 minutes, following a pass from the right. M. Durán of dzkoner got sent off for kicking the ball after the whistle, a completely uncalled for move, earning him his second yellow card of the game. Forza claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

Forza's best player was M. Meneses. On the other hand, A. Coque's play was disheartening. dzkoner's top performer was clearly D. Horta. R. Ubao was a disappointment, however. The match ends 2 - 1.
