Gorskis managed to volley one of them into the net to make it 4 - 0 after 33 minutes. After this, you could see that the players of Tikri were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. Tikri increased the lead as L. Casile struck to make the score 5 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Tikri solidified their lead at the 38 minute mark, as L. Rehermann might have resulted in another goal for Tikri. However, D. Gaigalis made a spectacular save. 81 minutes in, Kaunas's R. Kumpanas received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. 83 minutes into the game, L. Pliuskus had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came H. Viršylas.
