41598 spectators arrived at Imperial Tomb, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Maurice Esch was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Dedé Silva Novo and Rain Tasuja. A 3-4-3 alignment was the formation of choice for L2Squad. Lineup: Balevičius - Ostrvica, Dziamski, Ronstrom - Gorman, Sunesson, Göransson, Dorobanţu - Petkutis, Buzys, Stoiber.

P4 started off with a 5-4-1 lineup. They fielded: Karaliukas - Gavinavičius, Jakštavičius, Syritso, Petukas, Rifalskis - Družas, Šukis, Dektiarovas, Valiukėnas - Šadvilas.

The wings were the focus of most of P4's attacks today. Slack defending gave L2Squad a chance to take the lead with 7 minutes played, but P. Sunesson's cross from the left flank was fumbled in front of the goal and easily dealt with by the opposition. The home side put themselves ahead 1 - 0 after 27 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from P. Sunesson, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. M. Dziamski behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 31 minutes as he gave the ball away to L. Šadvilas. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. K. Šukis of P4 received a yellow card after 35 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Cheers filled the stadium as D. Ronstrom broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 2 - 0 to L2Squad. L2Squad solidified their lead at the 38 minute mark, as E. Stoiber dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 3 - 0. 40 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as M. Göransson broke through, making the score 4 - 0 for L2Squad. The players of L2Squad now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Halftime score was 4 - 0. L2Squad had most of the ball, with 63 percent of possession.

L2Squad made it 5 - 0 as M. Göransson got a touch to the floated corner kick and flicked the ball to M. Dziamski who whipped a low drive in off the far post. D. Buzys should probably have put his team up another goal after 59 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by M. Karaliukas kept the visitors in the game. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in L2Squad's D. Buzys increasing the lead to 6 - 0. M. Göransson had a fantastic opportunity to put L2Squad up another goal 79 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. L2Squad's E. Stoiber increased the lead to 7 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 81 minutes. L2Squad enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 63 percent of possession.

L2Squad's best player was P. Sunesson. M. Dziamski turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important P4 player was A. Gavinavičius. However, J. Jakštavičius made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 7 - 0.
