A 3-4-3 alignment was the formation of choice for L2Squad. Lineup: Balevičius - Ostrvica, Hilpertshauser, Ronstrom - Gorman, Sunesson, Göransson, Dorobanţu - Petkutis, Buzys, Stoiber.

P4 were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. M. Göransson came close to putting the visiting team one up 4 minutes into the match, following a solo raid down the middle, but M. Karaliukas managed to tip the ball to a corner. The terraces were silenced after 20 minutes when L2Squad's D. Buzys put the guests ahead 0 - 1, following an attack on the right. With 30 minutes played, L2Squad put themselves up 0 - 2 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was V. Petkutis. The home crowd cheered when, after 33 minutes, D. Ronstrom's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day. After 35 minutes, L2Squad's E. Stoiber burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 3. 0 - 3 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to L2Squad, who controlled the ball 74 percent of the time.

64 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 4 as E. Stoiber finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. By now, the players in L2Squad felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. V. Petkutis received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 65 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 5. The L2Squad fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. P. Sunesson was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, L2Squad's M. Göransson managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 0 - 6 A drive down the left side allowed E. Stoiber to get in close and score another goal for L2Squad after 71 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 7. This third goal completed a hattrick for E. Stoiber. K. Petukas of P4 received a yellow card after 79 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. L2Squad increased their lead after 80 minutes when E. Ostrvica broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 8, much to the home crowd's dismay. L2Squad had most of the ball, with 76 percent of possession.

Most important P4 player was B. Tunikas. J. Jakštavičius was a disappointment, however. L2Squad's top performer was clearly P. Sunesson. V. Dorobanţu on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 8.
