Fáber was shown a yellow card after 36 minutes for slicing down an opponent. The sun seemed to put M. Castells in a great mood, and he showed off his technical skills all match long. M. Maženský finished off a quick charge from the left of the field by chipping the ball just past the home side's keeper, making the score 1 - 1 41 minutes into the match. Marktown's N. Manga showed his experience, anticipating the outcome of the opponent's defensive clearance and positioning himself perfectly to volley in an unstoppable shot from the edge of the box. 2 - 1. H. Urmas of Marktown received a yellow card after 43 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. M. Maženský made a good effort at breaking through on the right, but the home team's left defence cleared the ball to a corner. Dubové's G. Pagliardini left the field after 44 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was C. Immengarten. 2 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to Dubové, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.

The home team will be cursing R. Marenčík for weeks; he finished off a great pass from the left, knocking it past the keeper without a problem. The match was level at 2 - 2 after 62 minutes. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave J. Beck from Marktown a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 63 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! A mistake by the home side's central defence after 66 minutes allowed E. Paluba to score for Dubové. The scoreboard now read 2 - 3. O. Preda was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Marktown's H. Urmas managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 3 - 3 83 minutes in, Marktown's M. Padrenostro received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Possession of the ball saw an equal split between the teams during the forty-five minutes.

The most dominating Marktown player was without a doubt M. Padrenostro. Ľ. Zbiňovský was a disappointment, however. Dubové's top performer was clearly R. Marenčík. On the other hand, C. Immengarten's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 3.
