M. Brindzák of Spartan was able to make an impressive rush past the sluggish A. Kőtörő, which resulted in a goal making the score 0 - 3. Spartan's opponents know to be wary of M. Brindzák's speed, but it made little difference as he flew past the defence 56 minutes into the game. Only the keeper could stop him - and he did with a perfectly timed dive! After 58 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave I. Brumerčík a chance to increase the lead for Spartan, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 4. After 71 minutes, Spartan's A. Tekay burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 5. This third goal completed a hattrick for A. Tekay. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Spartan lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. A drive down the left side allowed K. Hagmayr to get in close and score another goal for Spartan after 79 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 6. R. Hosseini Dehnavi was called on to replace Spartan's A. Tekay after 80 minutes following a nasty collision. The visitors' K. Krošňák took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 82 minutes into the match. 0 - 7 for Spartan. 84 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 8 as R. Hosseini Dehnavi finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Spartan, with 79 percent of the ball.
