12000 punters turned up at Bl@ck P0w@ Stadium, and despite threatening clouds on the horizon, no rain came. Lukas Schmidt was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Ameen Al-Ismail and Dutu Bãlan. Fans of both teams had been eagerly awaiting this Bratislavský derby and were doing their best to outshout their opponents. Bl@ck decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. Starters: Zeleňanský - Krenický, Blažnik, Ďurčat, Kremnický - Keselý, Vídenský, Matašeje, Perger - Sporina, Hruboš.

MPear had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. The following players took the field: Jorge - Kasdorff, Bartrés, Ragančík, Alling - Blatný, Katrenec, Tennur, Pietragalla - Di Gianpasquale, Kulbert.

MPear mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. The terraces were silenced after 7 minutes when MPear's L. Pietragalla put the guests ahead 0 - 1, following an attack on the right. 15 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 2 as A. Blatný finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Bl@ck will have to do without E. Hruboš for a time, due to a bad foot injury at the 22 minute mark. He was substituted by K. Zamkovský. After 27 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for L. Alling who increased MPear's lead to 0 - 3. I. Ďurčat of Bl@ck was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. The home crowd were delighted when M. Sporina scored with a header after an attack from the right, making the score 1 - 3. But did he use his hand? That'll be one for the pundits to talk about after the game, that's for sure! 1 - 3 was the score after the first half. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by MPear, with 59 percent of the ball.

B. Kulbert of MPear took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 59 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 1 - 4. I. Ďurčat hit the corner kick straight to the keeper, but it was mishandled, giving Bl@ck's K. Zamkovský an easy chance to knock it in for 2 - 4. MPear had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. After 68 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave S. Ragančík a chance to increase the lead for MPear, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 2 - 5. 69 minutes in, Bl@ck's I. Perger received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. B. Kulbert's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for MPear, he bravely continued in the match. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, MPear's L. Pietragalla somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for B. Kulbert, who struck for 2 - 6. The players of MPear now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. MPear's B. Kulbert was shown a yellow card after 76 minutes for slicing down an opponent. After 78 minutes, MPear's H. Tennur burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 2 - 7. MPear enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.

The most dominating Bl@ck player was without a doubt M. Sporina. A. Blažnik was a disappointment, however. Most important MPear player was B. Kulbert. However, A. Jorge made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 7.
