The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 11995 had shown up at
Tj Slovan Bojná Arena for the match.
Anders Stjärnskär was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Pęcisław Najda and
Anders Falkenskär.

After 72 minutes a well-practised indirect free kick routine by Smilno was easily anticipated by the defenders. The players forward were so well marked, they were left with few viable options.

After several obvious shirt pulling incidents,
M. Povoľný got himself booked. The manager of Slovan was not happy.

88 minutes into the game, Smilno seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to
passable.
