Dark skies made the crowd of 24469 at Hell a little nervous, but the rain held off. Aureli Riera was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Sören Orenström and Josselin Drouault. Devils had chosen a strategic 2-5-3 formation. Starters: Bohár - Müldüz, Romack - Simor, Troostwijk, Rüdnitz, Révay, Gáspár - Neveu, Azurara, Schutzbar.

BF decided to use a 2-5-3 set up. The following players took the field: Erlandsen - Hargi, Pitarch - Garschin, Espasens, Průša, Filppa, Marin - van der Made, Krzesak, De Florio.

BF mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. After 10 minutes, BF sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached L. De Florio, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 0 - 1. After 17 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for S. van der Made who increased BF's lead to 0 - 2. L. De Florio was, after 22 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper K. Bohár made the save. BF increased their lead after 35 minutes when B. Garschin broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 3, much to the home crowd's dismay. K. Krzesak sailed high above the opponents as he headed in a corner kick from M. Hargi after 41 minutes of play, making the score 0 - 4. Confident in their lead, BF's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. It was 0 - 4 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by BF, with 87 percent of the ball.

M. Hargi increased BF's lead to 0 - 5 with a superb free kick strike that flew in just under the far top corner. S. van der Made received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 65 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 6. The BF fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. The home crowd was not impressed when L. De Florio came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 76 minutes. BF were now up 0 - 7. After 77 minutes, BF raised their score by one when S. Marin's dangerous low cross was cleverly tucked in at the near post by L. De Florio. 0 - 8. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for L. De Florio. A penalty was awarded after 81 minutes, and M. Hargi made the most of his chance to put BF up by another goal. 0 - 9 for the visitors. K. Bohár kept the home side in the game with a magnificent save when M. Hargi delivered an almost perfect free kick to the far post. BF enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 88 percent of possession.

Most important Devils player was R. Azurara. D. Troostwijk on the other hand, had a terrible day. BF's top performer was clearly L. De Florio. However, G. Pitarch made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 9.
