previous 2/10 next 4/10  Lapskaus 3 - 3 Keyserløkka (384110832)

36319 spectators had come to Hus this cloudy day. Nick Traunfellner was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Amadeusz Majdak and Cristiano de Freitas. Everyone was excited about the upcoming Oslo derby and the crowd was divided evenly. Lapskaus had chosen a strategic 2-5-3 formation. They fielded: Fosshaug - Prucoli, Bychawski - Omland, Leibold, Aguirre, Fosse, Nicolaisen - Gaskins, Ask, Niedźwiedź.

Keyserløkka decided to use a 3-5-2 set up. Starters: Stensen - Løkkeberg, Kristiansen, Breivik - Winther, Mørk, Gabrielsen, Laje, Moltu - Melbye, Chhorn.

E. Prucoli of Lapskaus seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 1 - 0 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by L. Nicolaisen. The visitors' N. Laje was alert after a cross coming in from the left, levelling the score at 1 - 1 after 18 minutes. After 25 minutes a well-practised indirect free kick routine by Lapskaus was easily anticipated by the defenders. The players forward were so well marked, they were left with few viable options. After 27 minutes, the home side was awarded a penalty. The visitors protested wildly but the referee was adamant. L. Nicolaisen easily put the ball away to give the lead to Lapskaus. 2 - 1 After 31 minutes Keyserløkka's H. Melbye contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. Halftime score was 2 - 1. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Keyserløkka, with 51 percent of the ball.

Keyserløkka managed, after 67 minutes, to even the score at 2 - 2 with a lucky free kick by N. Laje. Somehow the ball squirmed its way through the defensive wall! Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 70 minutes into the match, and N. Laje wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 2 - 3 for the visitors. By then N. Laje had scored three goals - a hat trick! After a fatal mistake from the away team's right side defence 75 minutes into the match, an alert A. Gaskins bagged the ball for Lapskaus, levelling the score to 3 - 3. Possession of the ball saw an equal split between the teams during the forty-five minutes.

Most important Lapskaus player was A. Niedźwiedź. J. Omland turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Keyserløkka player was without a doubt N. Laje. H. Melbye was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 3.
