The wings were the focus of most of Fantasy's attacks today. M. Höchli's technique was perfect on this sunny day and led to some breathtaking tricks that bamboozled the defence. J. Paasijoki knocked one home from a counterattack down the right wing, making the score 1 - 0 after 19 minutes. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Sandtruge to 2 - 0 as D. Landén finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Attacking on the wings was the choice for Fantasy, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. J. Civerio could've grabbed a goal for Fantasy 27 minutes in when he got a pass from the left putting him free of the home side's defence, but he was unable to take advantage of the situation. Sandtruge's D. Sãvulescu swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. It was 2 - 0 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Sandtruge, with 63 percent of the ball.

Coming from the right, J. Paasijoki almost managed to score another goal for Sandtruge, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. The home side's P. Klimovič came close to extending the lead 60 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but R. Maisse managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. Morale on the visitors' bench was greatly improved when their U. Veljković reduced the lead to make it 2 - 1 after 76 minutes, following a pass from the right. J. Civerio wasn't much help defensively. His energy-consuming forward runs proved quite costly in the oppressive heat. Cheers filled the stadium as J. Paasijoki broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 1 to Sandtruge. Sandtruge claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 62 percent.

Most important Sandtruge player was G. Eskikan. M. Bosisio turned in a dismal performance, however. Fantasy's best player was J. Civerio. On the other hand, K. Hamborg's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 1.
