Kürsener was the new captain of Farsenal - handed the armband by the departing player. We may never know what T. Holkestad was thinking when he tried to pass the ball through a crowd of opponents. Luckily for him, Farsenal's M. Gileta somehow missed the wide open net. With 68 minutes gone, B. Hauge suddenly found himself completely free on the right wing when a counterattack by Farsenal caught their opponents by surprise. Only a great save by the opposing keeper prevented him from scoring. A great save by keeper F. Nerkevičius after 73 minutes kept the visitors in the game after T. Holkestad struck from the left with a real cannonball. J. Kjellbo received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 81 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. O. Tiller had a fantastic opportunity to put Kvammen up another goal 82 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Kvammen, with 65 percent of the ball.

Kvammen's best player was O. Tiller. J. Kristiansen turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Farsenal player was without a doubt J. Aguilar. However, J. Kjellbo made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 0.
