Vestergaard to make the score 1 - 1. Drift's I. Bílský tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. Drift's E. Yarritu was dominating his wing and kept sending fine balls into the opposition's box - J. Hulsker managed to volley one of them into the net to make it 2 - 1 after 28 minutes. F. Wilson made a run for the goal 30 minutes into the game but the home team's left back managed to sort the situation out in the end. Drift had to manage with a reduced squad after 32 minutes, as H. Basek got sent off for a needless foul away from the game's action. 2 - 1 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to Drift, who controlled the ball 63 percent of the time.

After 75 minutes, the visitors levelled the scores after C. Billiau made it through the middle and struck home to make it 2 - 2. The guests took the lead 81 minutes into the match, after a right-side attack resulted in Z. Sătmăreanu scoring to make it 2 - 3. Fosters almost scored after a counterattack 85 minutes into the match, but H. Riis Jeppesen took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. Drift enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 62 percent of possession.

Most important Drift player was J. Hulsker. I. Bílský on the other hand, had a terrible day. Fosters's top performer was clearly C. Trøen. On the other hand, R. Wayand's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 3.
