Ballklubb saw most attack opportunities on the wings. With 13 minutes played, Tåfis's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to C. Huszta he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 0 - 1. Ballklubb's F. Badea put his head to a well placed ball, lifted in from the left, and scored to make the score 1 - 1 with 24 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock. Tåfis's N. Flies managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 27 minutes. 1 - 2. B. Marot of Tåfis was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. After a fatal mistake from the away team's right side defence 35 minutes into the match, an alert N. Musrepov bagged the ball for Ballklubb, levelling the score to 2 - 2. Tåfis's A. Cabrobró could have put the guests one up after 36 minutes after chasing a through ball from the right, but I. Kar was as fast as a snake, grabbing the ball from under his nose. It was 2 - 2 at the break. Ballklubb had most of the ball, with 55 percent of possession.

B. Marot would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. W. Martinez entered the game for Tåfis as the match clock showed 46 minutes. The Tåfis captaincy was handed to C. Huszta. Ballklubb fans held their breath as D. Atzev scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 3 - 2! Ballklubb put themselves up 4 - 2 when M. Becht broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. N. Musrepov should probably have put his team up another goal after 73 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by G. Depuydt kept the visitors in the game. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Ballklubb to 5 - 2 as M. Fosse finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Ballklubb, with 54 percent of the ball.

Ballklubb's best player was D. Atzev. On the other hand, I. Kar's play was disheartening. T. Figueroa performed admirably for Tåfis. However, C. Guerreiro made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 5 - 2.
