Pressing was the tactic of the day for Tammar. After 9 minutes, Tammar's N. Ecija made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 0 - 1. F. Denning came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over N. Polo Galván but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. The visitors' R. Godoy took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 24 minutes into the match. 0 - 2 for Tammar. Eiken's F. Geneix managed a superb strike from the left after 27 minutes that would have left goalkeeper F. Wyrobek without a chance, had it not hit the post. W. Berentsen neatly controlled the ball after a short corner, and knocked it on to F. Rønnov who had the whole net open before him, but only managed to hit the post. At this time in the match, Tammar were using their skill at pressing to successfully stifle the game. A. Öndür could have put his team up another goal 33 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. The referee showed Tammar's J. Priego the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. 0 - 2 was the halftime score. Tammar had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.

Given a free kick close to the byline, Eiken tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let A. Ibaeta slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 1 - 2, 47 minutes into the game. N. Polo Galván got a fingertip on A. Öndür's shot from the left 52 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. After 74 minutes of game time, F. Denning had an excellent opportunity to add to the visitors' lead, clipping a volley hooked in from the right, but N. Polo Galván was in the right place and tipped the ball over for a corner. After 76 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave C. Bermúdez a chance to increase the lead for Tammar, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 1 - 3. Tammar's M. Torre got himself booked for a foul. Tammar's M. Torre made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 80 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. F. Rønnov showed why he is feared on the counterattack, breaking through in the middle and scoring for Eiken after 81 minutes to make the score 2 - 3. Tammar claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 67 percent.

Eiken's top performer was clearly J. Hautaluoma. W. Berentsen was a disappointment, however. Most important Tammar player was F. Denning. However, F. Wyrobek made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 3.
