Superwixens made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left A. Osełka completely alone with keeper B. Ruthardt, who made a spectacular block. Füchse almost scored after a counterattack 29 minutes into the match, but I. Osełka wanted to play on, but the Superwixens coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 42 minutes into the game by J. Marzialetti. Füchse had to manage with a reduced squad after 43 minutes, as P. M. Fevola could have increased the lead after 53 minutes, but his shot hit the post after a nice combination in the middle of the park. With 59 minutes played, M. Hasselbach had a fantastic opportunity to reply but his shot flew harmlessly into the side-netting of the goal. With 60 minutes played, Superwixens put themselves up 5 - 1 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to M. Fevola, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. With 73 minutes played, G.
