Unold broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 3 - 1 to Sockenföhner. 3 - 1 was the halftime score. Sockenföhner enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 62 percent of possession.

The Sockenföhner coach was visibly pleased with the score so far, but still ordered a few tactical changes 46 minutes into the game. In an effort to secure the lead, Sockenföhner changed their tactic after 46 minutes. Sockenföhner increased the lead as D. Offer struck to make the score 4 - 1 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Munich's D.
