BOLIKA had to make a substitution after 19 minutes. H. Madl limped off the field and was replaced by V. Radu. V. Radu became the new BOLIKA captain. After 24 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by F. Wartenberg might have resulted in another goal for BOLIKA. However, M. Parada made a spectacular save. A free kick just outside of the visitors' penalty area after 27 minutes could have resulted in another goal, but M. Parada got a hand out and tipped the ball over the bar. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by BOLIKA, with 64 percent of the ball.

BOLIKA's G. Wesołowski increased the lead to 2 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 54 minutes. Morale on the visitors' bench was greatly improved when their M. García reduced the lead to make it 2 - 1 after 56 minutes, following a pass from the right. After 57 minutes, K. Lovas sent the corner kick right to U. Rogersson who headed it sharply past the keeper. 3 - 1! By now, the players in BOLIKA felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. BOLIKA were given a gift! The ref dubiously awarded them a penalty 60 minutes into the match, which was neatly put away by K. Lovas. 4 - 1 for the home side. K. Lovas knew he was in trouble after hacking down an opponent. Despite his pleading with the referee, the BOLIKA player was shown a second yellow card and dismissed from the game. Unfortunately for Pipinhos, G. Shnayderman was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field. Ö. Urcun replaced him. A. Selçuk was handed the Pipinhos captain's armband. BOLIKA enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 61 percent of possession.

The most dominating BOLIKA player was without a doubt G. Wesołowski. V. Radu turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Pipinhos player was A. Selçuk. However, G. Tapia made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 1.
