Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Hanno. 9 minutes into the game, Hanno seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a weak level of organisation. They were singing the praises of T. Deguai had a fantastic opportunity to put Rhino´s up another goal 73 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Hanno had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 74 minutes, but E. Woltjer's shot from the left sailed high over the bar. C. Huckarde's lack of experience almost gave Rhino´s a goal after 75 minutes, but the shot went right into the keeper's arms. M. Fajth almost put Rhino´s ahead another goal when he curled a free kick over the defensive wall and almost into the net, but the visitors' keeper got there just in time to knock it wide. Hanno mounted an inspired counterattack down the right wing after 80 minutes, but E. Woltjer was unable to convert from short range. After 84 minutes Rhino´s's T. Engerer contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. Rhino´s claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 59 percent.

Rhino´s's best player was A. Deguai. E. Mayrhofer was a disappointment, however. A. Kanun performed admirably for Hanno. On the other hand, M. Künzler's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 0.
