Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 14414 to Altar des Schwarzen Bullen. Arthur Janus was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Roman-Paul Grillmaier and Clemente Gullo. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached J. Valenzuela Acuña, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 0 - 3. 25 minutes were showing on the scoreboard when Black Bull's R. Fronauer received his second yellow card and was sent off. The visitors' I. Botzet took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 32 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for Ronvista. Confident in their lead, Ronvista's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Ronvista's D. Huismans left the field after 33 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was I. Soupas. With 37 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed S. Widerland of Ronvista to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 5. Halftime score was 0 - 5. Possession in this half belonged to Ronvista, who controlled the ball 92 percent of the time.

Given a free kick in a difficult position after 57 minutes, Ronvista tried a variation that they had practised in training. The kick was sent into the area just in front of the keeper. However, the defence were on their toes and allowed no space for a finish. Black Bull had no available replacements when H. Resnati's lack of experience almost gave Black Bull a goal after 77 minutes, but the shot went right into the keeper's arms. After 78 minutes, Ronvista's I. Botzet burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 8. Ronvista's S. Peeck was shown a yellow card after 84 minutes for slicing down an opponent. A drive down the left side allowed R. Trutmann to get in close and score another goal for Ronvista after 85 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 9. Ronvista claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 97 percent.

Most important Black Bull player was R. Kappler. On the other hand, F. Toft Nielsen's play was disheartening. Ronvista's top performer was clearly S. Widerland. F. Resnati turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 9.
