Tischfußballer 1 - 2 1.svhulk (384433487)

A scorching day at Arena Tischplatte, where 16505 spectators were in place for today's match. Irwin Mantle was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Adrián Horniš and Xaver Sage. Tischfußballer tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. Lineup: Pérez - Tortosa, Lawson, Meßner - Bakuta, Bizama, Jimenez, Pešula, Schachinger - Masseretti, Martinsson.

1.svhulk had chosen a strategic 5-4-1 formation. The following players took the field: Ciboglu - Maretić, Haddad, Klabjan, van Rijckevorsel, Lăzărescu - Gündüz, Bananoia, Álvarez Vázquez, Papierski - Eilvese.

The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to J. Lawson, but the Tischfußballer player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! After 19 minutes, 1.svhulk sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached B. Gündüz, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 1 - 1. It was 1 - 1 at the break. 1.svhulk had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.

D. Tortosa didn't pace himself at all, and after a series of daring offensive runs he was too tired to help out in the defensive play. B. Gündüz would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. S. Afriandi entered the game for 1.svhulk as the match clock showed 60 minutes. 77 minutes into the game, R. Haddad finished off a 1.svhulk left wing counterattack, making the score 1 - 2. After 82 minutes, Tischfußballer were awarded a free kick as their counter attack broke down. The set piece was lifted over the top, intended to open up the defence. However, the target man seemed to be taken by surprise, and could not reach the ball before it crossed the line for a goal kick. D. Tortosa received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 85 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. With the clock showing 88 minutes played, a great pass from the defensive line of 1.svhulk resulted in a counterattack that was smoothly brought under control by R. Haddad in the centre of the opposition's penalty area, but his finish went high. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by 1.svhulk, with 53 percent of the ball.

Tischfußballer's top performer was clearly B. Masseretti. However, V. Meßner made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating 1.svhulk player was without a doubt P. Álvarez Vázquez. S. van Rijckevorsel was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 2.
