Alexinjo had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation.

The wings were the focus of most of Ballenstedt's attacks today.

poor.
It was obvious that Ballenstedt had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle.

A. Brander lived up to his reputation for finding unexpected ways to get the ball in the net when he sent a nifty little pass over to
M. Elstner who finished for 5 - 0 with 81 minutes of the match played.
The heat made it a terrible day for
H. Meininger, who seemed unable to keep up with the other players.

That made three goals for
S. Totev and he was marked down for the hat trick.
After 89 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and
G. Leonetti gave the Ballenstedt supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 9 - 0.
