Vulcano took a creative approach on the field. Angelhard were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. B. Ryan caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 9 minutes. This gave Vulcano the 1 - 0 lead. Cheers filled the stadium as D. Pawlikiewicz broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 2 - 0 to Vulcano. 13 minutes into the match Angelhard's L. Bück viciously shoved another player from behind while going for a loose ball and was sent off the pitch with a red card. A. Dârjan was struggling to make the ball dance with his usual trickery and panache, and the opposing players had little trouble shutting him down in these muddy conditions. After 22 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and B. Ryan gave the Vulcano supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0. By now, the players in Vulcano felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. After 25 minutes, Vulcano sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached D. Udrea, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 4 - 0. R. Herzog had a fantastic opportunity to put Vulcano up another goal 28 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. It was a bad day for the usually speedy T. Månner. The mud seemed to slow him down. The teams went for the halftime break at 4 - 0. Vulcano had most of the ball, with 69 percent of possession.

E. Carabalí still has a lot to learn. For instance, he should know not to make half-hearted passes in front of D. Udrea, who easily scored for Vulcano, making it 5 - 0. Vulcano managed to extend their lead to 6 - 0 when R. Rick cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. 76 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as D. Pawlikiewicz broke through, making the score 7 - 0 for Vulcano. R. Herzog increased the lead for Vulcano to 8 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! The home side's R. Rick came close to extending the lead 82 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but P. Iman Parast managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. B. Ryan squirmed through their central defence after 83 minutes, increasing the lead to 9 - 0. This third goal completed a hattrick for B. Ryan. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Vulcano, with 74 percent of the ball.

Vulcano's top performer was clearly B. Ryan. S. Krane turned in a dismal performance, however. Angelhard's best player was K. Pastuszek. On the other hand, S. Gegentor's play was disheartening. The match ends 9 - 0.
