Potschkat was marked down as the scorer. Soccer pressed their opponents, causing the game to be a bit of a stalemate at times. 29 minutes into the game, G. Spompato had a great chance to put his team ahead, but his kick from the left went wide. 35 minutes into the match and the home team took a 2 - 1 lead after breaking through on the left. The scorer for Soccer was F. Vlădescu. Fata made it 2 - 2 as P. Hertzsch got a touch to the floated corner kick and flicked the ball to G. Spompato who whipped a low drive in off the far post. Fata took the lead 41 minutes into the game, making the score 2 - 3 after some elegant movement down the middle. C. Beliciu was the scorer. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 3. After 54 minutes, Soccer switched M. Sturtzel with L. Frey, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Soccer's Ö. Özad was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 63 minutes. E. Durango was given a chance to change things around. Soccer's B. Meuer lived up to his reputation for finding unexpected ways to get the ball in the net when he sent a nifty little pass over to F. Vlădescu who finished for 3 - 4 with 74 minutes of the match played. Soccer's M. Potschkat put his head to a well placed ball, lifted in from the left, and scored to make the score 4 - 4 with 76 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock. Attacking on the wings was the choice for Fata, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. The terraces were silenced after 78 minutes when Fata's B. Haine put the guests ahead 4 - 5, following an attack on the right. A drive down the left side allowed G. Spompato to get in close and score another goal for Fata after 83 minutes, taking the score to 4 - 6.
