A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Kickers to 4 - 0 as F. Mehrower finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. 76 minutes were showing on the scoreboard when Reiseverkehr's E. Tilsner received his second yellow card and was sent off. Kickers were forced into a substitution as N. Forsthof couldn't continue due to some rough treatment, forcing S. Mattmann to come in off the bench. E. Reddig's early cross saw the defenders caught out of position and the alert R. Sarstedt was able to pounce and roll the ball past the hapless goalkeeper to score for Kickers. 5 - 0. Kickers managed to extend their lead to 6 - 0 when C. Heischbrook cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. Cheers filled the stadium as E. Reddig broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 7 - 0 to Kickers. Kickers enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 77 percent of possession.

Kickers's best player was R. Sarstedt. S. Mattmann on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Reiseverkehr player was F. Schiffermüller. However, E. Kloeden made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 7 - 0.
