Cheers filled the stadium as E. Kaufmann broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 5 - 0 to Vikings. The teams went for the halftime break at 5 - 0. Vikings enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 84 percent of possession.

Vikings increased the lead as J. Gwender struck to make the score 6 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. S. A well placed corner kick from P. Werner was followed by T. Fischer's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for Vikings, the score now 10 - 0. With 88 minutes played, Vikings put themselves up 11 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to S. Fehr, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. Vikings had most of the ball, with 88 percent of possession.

The most dominating Vikings player was without a doubt P. Werner. E. Helbock was a disappointment, however. Unterland's top performer was clearly I. Looser. On the other hand, N. Looser's play was disheartening. The match ends 11 - 0.
