10 minutes in, limouzion's L. Moldes received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile W. Kratz. FCExodus took the lead 16 minutes in, as A. Zankov broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. The home side's E. Portera came close to extending the lead 23 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but A. Zagarrio managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. The visiting team's F. 55 minutes into the game, H. Avendaño almost gave the visitors the lead, as he clipped a delicate lob over the keeper, but the ball glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. FCExodus's W. Kratz was shown a yellow card after 60 minutes for slicing down an opponent. The home side put themselves ahead 2 - 1 after 71 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from D. Schwager, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. After 72 minutes, limouzion switched T. Di Franco with U. Schieferstein, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. A great save by keeper A. Zagarrio after 74 minutes kept the visitors in the game after A. Zankov struck from the left with a real cannonball. Neither team were able to dominate possession this half.

Most important FCExodus player was M. Poch. A. Zankov turned in a dismal performance, however. limouzion's best player was L. Moldes. However, A. Zagarrio made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 1.
