Clear skies welcomed the 22385 spectators who had made their way to Fiesta de la muerte. The wings were the focus of most of Hoengg's attacks today. A. Berdys caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 21 minutes. This gave Jicara the 1 - 0 lead. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave A. Aust from Hoengg a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 22 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Jicara's K. Jørgensen saw his fine effort strike the top of the bar following some good work up the middle by his teammates after 33 minutes. After 43 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and H. van Speijk gave the Jicara supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 2 - 0. H. van Speijk left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 68 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. L. Jørgensen increased the lead to 4 - 1, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 73 minutes. Confident in their lead, Jicara's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. Jicara's M. Popov swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Jicara put themselves up 5 - 1 when H. Bürgi broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. Jicara enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 65 percent of possession.

Most important Jicara player was K. Jørgensen. However, L. Kang Yeng made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Hoengg player was without a doubt J. Salinas Mila. S. Matthiesen on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 5 - 1.
