Jaberg almost gave the visitors the lead, as he clipped a delicate lob over the keeper, but the ball glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. Glaibasel had a good opportunity to take the lead as L. Meredith came up the left side, but he struck the ball weakly and it went straight into the arms of D. Vila Luz. The goal to make it 1 - 2 was scored by G. Atakul after 74 minutes, following an opportunistic counterattack down the middle by la_dolce_vita. Had it not been for one of the home defenders, L. Hennart would have put la_dolce_vita up another goal 75 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. P. Bonafonte came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over J. Steinbock but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. la_dolce_vita had most of the ball, with 53 percent of possession.

E. Baysinger performed admirably for Glaibasel. J. Steinbock on the other hand, had a terrible day. la_dolce_vita's best player was K. Kjærside. D. Vila Luz was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 2.
